    Previous winners

Sherrill Manufacturing received the 2019 National Metalworking Reshoring Award in recognition of the company’s success bringing flatwear back home to the United States. Sherrill’s success demonstrates that it is feasible to reshore completely lost product categories.

Mitchell Metal Products won the 2017 award, increasing production dramatically and providing a shorter lead-time. In 2016, the company reshored a cultivator handle subassembly, increasing the production volume from 4,500 made overseas to 30,000 made in Wisconsin.
